◆ラッピングについて
小さな箱（2枚目の写真参照）に作品を入れお送りいたします。
※ギフト対応はしておりませんのでご了承くださいませ

◆作品のサイズ感
通常の鳥の置物の場合は1.5cmくらいのサイズ感(3枚目の写真参照)です。大きめの作品でも3cmほどのサイズです。

◆発送方法について
ネコポスの匿名配送でお送りいたします。
送料は一律で350円です。
海外にお住まいのお客様には「海外発送／国際配送サービスの転送コム（tenso.com）」をご利用いただくことで、商品をお受け取りいただけます。詳しくは下記をご覧ください。

◆発送期間について
受注販売の場合は、ご注文確認後にひとつずつ制作いたしますので、発送までに最長で2か月ほどお時間をいただく場合があります。期間は注文の立て込み具合によって変動します。
現品販売の場合は、「ご注文確認メール」の送信日から5日以内に発送いたします。
※なお、受注制の作品と一緒にご購入いただいた場合は同梱となります。

◆商品の紛失・破損について
万が一、商品が紛失・破損していた場合は、まずは当ショップまでご連絡ください。
配送状況の調査や補償申請のため、商品の状態がわかるお写真のご提供をお願いする場合がございます。
ご確認が取れ次第、こちらから配送業者へ問い合わせを行い、補償対応の手続きを進めさせていただきます。
なお、最大で3,000円までの補償となりますことを、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。

◆返品、キャンセルについて
お客様のご都合（イメージと異なる等）による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
また、ご注文後のキャンセルもご遠慮いただきますようご理解のほど宜しくお願いいたします。
ご購入前にご不明な点がございましたら、必ず事前にメールにてお問い合わせください。
なお、「商品が破損していた場合」や「ご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合」には、
到着後1週間以内にご連絡いただけましたら、速やかに対応させていただきます。

◆納品書・領収証の発行
納品書は発行しておりません。
領収証の発行をご希望される場合は備考欄へご記入頂き、宛名と但し書きをご連絡ください。

◆ About Wrapping
Each item will be carefully packed in a small box (see the second photo).
Please note that gift wrapping is not available.

◆ Size Details
For the regular bird figurines, the size is approximately 1.5 cm (see the third photo).
Even the larger pieces are only about 3 cm in size.

◆ About Shipping
If you live outside Japan, you can receive your order using the international forwarding service “Tenso.com.”

◆ Shipping Time
For made-to-order items, each piece is crafted individually after we confirm your order.
Depending on the volume of orders, it may take up to two months before shipment is ready.
The production period may vary based on how many orders we receive.
For ready-made items, we will ship your order within five days from the date the “Order Confirmation Email” is sent.
Please note that if you purchase a made-to-order item together with a ready-made item, they will be shipped together in a single package.

◆ Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (e.g., the item is different from what you imagined).
Please also note that we cannot accept cancellations after the order is placed.
If you have any questions or concerns before purchasing, please be sure to contact us by email in advance.

◆ Invoices and Receipts
We do not issue packing slips.

◆ Regarding issuance of delivery notes and receipts
If you require a receipt, please write your name and any specific details (e.g., purpose) in the remarks column when placing your order.
