１.転送コムのサイトにてご自身で会員登録を行ってください。

２.登録後に発行される「転送コムの日本国内住所」を、お届け先としてご注文時にご入力ください。

３.当ショップはその住所に発送いたします。以降、転送コムが海外へ発送します。

・転送コムのご登録およびご利用はお客様ご自身の責任にてお願いいたします。

・海外配送中の紛失・破損・遅延や、お住まいの国の輸入制限等によりお届けできなかった場合について、当ショップでは一切の責任を負いません。

・商品の発送は転送コムの国内倉庫に到着するまでが当ショップの責任範囲となります。

・ご注文時のお支払い方法は「クレジットカード」または「PayPal」のみとなります。
　※それ以外（銀行振込・代金引換・後払いなど）の決済方法でのご注文は、キャンセルさせていただきます。

・海外のお客様への返品・交換対応は行っておりません。

・転送コムで発生する送料・手数料はすべてお客様のご負担となります。

・日本国内配送中の破損・不良などについては当ショップが対応いたしますが、
転送コムでの取り扱いや海外配送中のトラブルについては転送コムにお問い合わせください。

２.Use the Japanese address provided by "Tenso com" as your shipping address when placing an order.

３.We will ship your item to that address. "Tenso com" will then forward it to your overseas address.

・You must register and use "Tenso com" at your own responsibility.

・Our responsibility ends once the item is delivered to Tenso's warehouse in Japan.

・We are not responsible for any damage, delay, or delivery failure during international shipping, or for any restrictions or prohibited items in your country.

・Payment methods accepted are credit card and PayPal only.
　※ Orders using any other payment methods (bank transfer, cash on delivery, post-payment, etc.) will be canceled.

・We do not accept returns or exchanges for international customers.

・All fees and international shipping costs related to "Tenso com" are the customer's responsibility.

・If the item is damaged during domestic delivery in Japan, we will respond accordingly.
