About Orders from Overseas
◆Regarding Automatic Order Confirmation Emails
After placing your order, an automatic order details email will be sent from 【[email protected]】. However, depending on your email settings, this email may be filtered into your spam folder or blocked.
If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and review your email settings.
◆Regarding Shipping Period
For in-stock items, we ship within 5 days of sending the “Order Confirmation Email.”
Please note: Customers purchasing from overseas cannot buy pre-order items through the system.
◆Regarding Gift Wrapping
Items are shipped in a small box (see first photo).
※Please note we do not offer gift wrapping services.
◆Item Size
Standard bird figurines are approximately 1.5cm in size (see second photo). Larger items are around 3cm.
◆International Shipping
Items are shipped to the warehouse of our domestic agent, “want.jp Co., Ltd.” (Shipping to the agent is via Yamato Transport's Nekopos service).
The agent will then repackage the items and ship them to international customers.
◆Regarding Lost or Damaged Items
・Issues during domestic shipping (from our shop to the forwarding agent)
In the unlikely event of loss or damage before the item reaches the Japanese forwarding agent's warehouse, we will promptly contact the shipping carrier and initiate compensation procedures.
Please note that per Nekopos regulations, compensation is capped at 3,000 yen. This may not fully cover the item's cost, so we appreciate your understanding in advance.
・Issues During Overseas Shipping (From Forwarding Agent to Customer)
Our shop cannot be held responsible for any “loss,” “damage,” “delay,” or “confiscation due to import restrictions” occurring after the item arrives at the forwarding agent's warehouse.

◆Returns and Cancellations
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference (e.g., item not matching expectations).
We also kindly ask for your understanding that cancellations after placing an order are not accepted.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact the forwarding agent's inquiry window above. We will promptly investigate the situation and take appropriate action.
◆Issuance of Delivery Notes and Receipts
We do not issue delivery notes or receipts.
If you require one, please specify in the remarks section, including the recipient name and any special instructions.
